Jael’s syndrome: knife blade impacted in the facial skeleton: an illustrated case report and a review of literature

Objective: This article focuses on the penetrating trauma of facial mass caused by knife with retention blade fractured in skeleton.
 Case report: We describe preoperative, intra-operative and post-operative outcomes stabbing face, surgical removal broken 8cm long using two dimensional, tridimensional computed tomography, clinical iconography
